2. We do not collect personal data

The Site is designed NOT to collect personal data: no registration, no subscription forms, no collection of emails, phone numbers or other identifying information.

Technical data processed automatically and anonymously:

• IP address — briefly (up to 24 hours), for anti-spam rate limiting only.

• NEXT_LOCALE cookie — strictly necessary, remembers your language choice.

• Question texts submitted via the “Ask” form — processed anonymously, with no identifiers attached. Please do not include personal data in your questions.

• Anonymised Yandex.Metrica statistics — only when the counter is active.

3. Retention

Rate-limit IP records — up to 24 hours. Question texts — kept in the Q&A base anonymously, without data identifying you.

4. Your rights and contact

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact for privacy requests, complaints and cooperation: help@isnad.pro (or the Telegram bot @isnad_islam_bot, note “personal data”). Requests are handled within 10 business days. Since the Service stores no user data, the typical reply is a confirmation that we hold no data about you.
